Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

Shipping Carriers: We primarily use reputable shipping carriers, including but not limited to United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), DHL Express, to deliver your orders.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that some products may have restrictions on shipping to certain locations due to legal or logistical reasons.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time varies depending on the shipping method selected during checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to track your package's progress.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method chosen and the weight and dimensions of the products in your order. You can review shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

*$150 free shipping excludes the following but not limited to: 
25lbs or larger
Containers of 2.5 Gallons or larger of nutrients
Flood Trays 
Bags of media and soils
Shipments over 50lbs

Packages that can be sent UPS

Packages with a large size-to-weight ratio require special pricing and dimensional weight calculations. 
Packages can be up to 150 lbs.
Packages can be up to 165 inches in length and girth combined.
Packages can be up to 108 inches in length.

Larger Items will require LTL shipping and will be quoted. 

    Order Tracking:

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package on the carrier's website.

    Delivery:

    Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a notice or make additional attempts. Please follow the carrier's instructions to arrange for redelivery or pick-up, as needed.

    Damaged or Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is damaged during transit or lost, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
