Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $19.99.

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure the best delivery options for our customers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Greenleaf Growers Supply. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. If the item(s) are eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.
